Since the inception of our company, Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. has proven our abilities to plan and design residential projects throughout the area. These include products of single family, multi-family, and master planned communities - as well as affordable housing, senior housing, golf course communities, hillside, and water-front developments.

William Lyon Homes – Creekside, Santa Clarita, CA Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. prepared concept layouts and processed the tentative map for this 117-unit condominium planned residential community in the City of Santa Clarita. In addition to preparing improvement plans for this project, including grading, drainage, sewer, water, and storm drain plans, Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. provided field survey services and coordinated with applicable City agencies to meet all requirements for plan submittal, processing, and approval.

Lennar Communities - Camden, Ventura, CA Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. did the concept site planning, tentative map preparation, and provided survey services for this planned residential community, consisting of 76 single-family units and 254 townhouse and condominium units. Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. prepared construction drawings for the single family portion and provided construction staking services.

Standard Pacific Homes - Douglas Ranch, Simi Valley, CA Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. prepared concept layouts, processed the tentative map, and prepared construction drawings for 169 single-family lots, within a 35-acre area designated as a part of an overall master plan. Site constraints included the adjacent Highway 118, an existing backbone street, and wetland issues from an intermittent stream traversing the site

Habitat - Simi Valley, CA This project is a 3 house subdivision in Simi Valley. The city donated the parcel of land and JDS provided Civil Engineering and Surveying services to subdivide the parcel for the construction of the residences. The parent parcel was divided into 4 parcels, with the 4th remaining as a Park’s District lot.

Habitat - Thousand Oaks, CA Jensen Design is proud of their relationship with Habitat for Humanity – Ventura. It began with employee participation in the construction of several houses in the Piru development. For this project in Thousand Oaks, JDS furnished construction documents and construction survey services as Habit built a single family residence on Houston Street. The lot was previously vacant.
