As part of our commitment to our community, we pride ourselves on our ability to plan and design meaningful recreational projects that help to make Southern California such a great place to live. We are dedicated to making sure that the recreational amenities fit well into our community and environment. Our experience includes engineering design and planning services on a long list of golf courses - both public and private, amusement parks, lakeside facilities, tennis centers and spas, and equestrian centers. Our experienced staff allows us to provide a full spectrum of services - from planning and entitlement, design, construction engineering, and survey for private and public development.

Rancho Temescal Equestrian Center, Piru, CA
Rancho Temescal is comprised of approximately 6,000 contiguous acres in the Piru Valley. The equestrian center project consists of two ranch worker dwellings, stables, a training track, two arenas, livestock holding pens, a ranch office, and courtyard. Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. provided entitlement permitting for rodeo events and horse training, design, preliminary grading and drainage, and civil engineering. Survey work included an aerial and boundary survey and construction staking for various project areas on site. |

Six Flags Magic Mountain, Valencia, CA
Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. provides survey services on an on-going basis, including construction staking, layout, topography and control for various rides in the amusement park. These rides include Hurricane Harbor, Superman, The Dive Devil, Riddler, Goliath, Déjà Vu, X Coaster, and many other rides. As each roller coaster is delivered to the site pre-fabricated, vertical and horizontal tolerances for construction surveying are extremely high.

Tierra Rejada Golf Club, Simi Valley, CA
This project consisted of an 18-hole championship golf course and club house. Jensen Design Survey, Inc. provided planning services related to the processing and approval of this Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit. Engineering services consisted of design and improvement plan processing, including grading, storm drainage, sewer, water, parking, and street design. The project also required field survey, construction oversight and staking, and as-built preparation.
