Through our knowledgeable staff, Jensen Design and Survey, Inc. offers a full spectrum of services related to land planning, concept design, and site plan study. Our services include lot and land-use studies, grading studies, earthwork analysis, site planning concepts and design, and preliminary drainage. In addition, we have the expertise in assessing basic planning criteria for a site including zoning, general plan, and agency policies germane to a particular site.
Jensen Design and Survey, Inc. can provide assistance with entitlement processing and zoning strategy as well. Our staff is well versed in the process required to get projects approved. Through our hard work and dedication, we are committed to the total success of our customers' projects.
Jensen Design & Survey, Inc has developed GIS (Geographic Information
systems) technology services. Our in-house data and on board systems
include ESRI's ArcGIS Software and Autodesk's Map. We maintain a
large reference library of data relative to our region. This database
includes past project cross referencing for research, GPS survey
data, CAD files to GIS data, Ventura County GIS data (parcels, APNs,
acreages, roads, and much more), and Ventura County high resolution
digital aerial photo imagery. With the variety of GIS data available
to us, we can prepare maps for planning and engineering geographic
analysis and produce excellent exhibits in a very short time frame.
Expanding our GIS capability and data is a JDS goal and focus for the
future. We will continue to expand our GIS services and will continue
to grow in the GIS community.
