We provide assistance with condition compliance and remedy of Planning and/or Building and Safety violations. We have excellent experience with and knowledge of the environmental regulatory processes, including Regional (the RWQCB), State (Department of Fish & Game, and the California Coastal Commission) and Federal agencies (Corp of Engineers, FEMA, Fish and Wildlife Service). In addition, we provide services to assist with Conditional and Special Use Permitting.
